01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and chang222 ("chang222", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at chang222.games.

By completing the account registration process, logging in to your chang222 account, making a deposit in PKR, participating in any game or promotion, or simply browsing the chang222 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the chang222 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with chang222's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and chang222. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other chang222 policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

chang222 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the chang222 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to hold a chang222 account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age;
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from Pakistan;
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Pakistani law;
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from engaging in online gaming;
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or funding a chang222 account;
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and throughout your use of chang222;
• You must not be a current or former employee of chang222 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or game suppliers, without prior written consent from chang222.

chang222 implements mandatory identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid copy of your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. chang222 reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time.

If chang222 discovers that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and all deposits made by the underage user will be refunded. Chang222 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage user prior to discovery.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) chang222 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a chang222 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in your account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your chang222 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. chang222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify chang222 immediately via Live Chat or support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. chang222 recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your account, which is available through the account security settings.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at chang222 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). chang222 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL Bank, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit card, USDT TRC20, and prepaid card.

The minimum deposit at chang222 is 1,000 PKR per transaction. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, large transactions may be subject to additional verification requirements under chang222's anti-money laundering procedures.

chang222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and any associated winnings may be voided.

chang222 is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network outages. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically process in real time. Bank transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes during standard banking hours in Pakistan.

Chang222 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which chang222 bears no responsibility.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only available to users who have completed the full KYC identity verification process. Unverified accounts may be permitted to play with deposited funds but will not be able to withdraw until verification is complete.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.

chang222 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes for verified accounts: Easypaisa and JazzCash — same day, typically within 1 to 4 hours; Pakistan bank transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — same business day; USDT TRC20 — within 30 to 60 minutes of processing.

chang222 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request that exceeds 500,000 PKR, or where circumstances suggest unusual account activity. Such procedures may extend processing timeframes. chang222 will communicate any delay to the affected account holder.

Withdrawal requests may be refused or reversed if chang222 has reason to believe that the funds are the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other conduct prohibited under these Terms.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

chang222 offers various promotional incentives to its Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the chang222 promotions page at the time the offer is made, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all chang222 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR;
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on the individual promotion page before you claim the offer;
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when both are present in your account, unless specified otherwise;
• chang222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless chang222 explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses;
• Bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap which is specified on each individual promotion page;
• Bonuses obtained through abusive behaviour — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of VPNs, or collusion — will be voided and the account may be suspended.

chang222 reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings and suspend an account if it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, regardless of whether the behaviour was intentional.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the chang222 platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Playtech, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Habanero, Spribe, and Spinomenal. Each game operates according to the specific rules published by its provider and accessible within the game interface.

All slot games, table games, virtual sports, and crash games on chang222 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by recognised third-party testing organisations. RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by chang222 or the game provider.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, the round will be voided and your staked amount returned to your PKR balance. chang222 is not liable for any losses attributed to technical failures outside its direct control.

The Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of any individual player's win rate or return. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the chang222 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any person;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the chang222 platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial advantage — any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures;
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of third parties, or any financial activity that violates Pakistani anti-money laundering legislation;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent chang222's bonus terms;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing chang222 staff, other users, or any person associated with the chang222 platform;
• Attempting to access chang222's systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the chang222 platform — including but not limited to the chang222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of chang222 or its licensed partners. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the chang222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any chang222 content without express prior written consent from chang222.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, chang222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the chang222 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or PKR winnings;
• Loss of data or account access;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues;
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by third-party providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or mobile wallet providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, or others.

chang222's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of PKR deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by chang222's own negligence.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

chang222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months;
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transaction from your bank or payment provider;
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authority;
• Where chang222 determines account closure is required to protect the integrity of its platform or other users.

Upon account closure due to your breach of these Terms, chang222 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where account closure is not due to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered Pakistani payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your chang222 account voluntarily at any time by contacting chang222 support. Real-money balances will be returned after standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures are completed.

12 Responsible Gaming

chang222 treats responsible gaming as an unconditional platform obligation. If you wish to exclude yourself from the chang222 platform temporarily or permanently, please contact chang222 support via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within minutes with no waiting period and no questions required.

If you are a family member or person close to a chang222 user you believe may be experiencing gambling-related harm, please contact chang222 support in English at any time. We will work discreetly to apply appropriate protective measures to the account in question.

13 Privacy and Data

chang222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the chang222 website. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of chang222's Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by chang222 — including your name, CNIC or passport number, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and payment details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. chang222 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

chang222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the chang222 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the chang222 platform, you agree to first contact chang222 support in good faith to seek an informal resolution.

Chang222's decision on any dispute involving game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account management is final and binding, subject to any manifest error. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and objective error, such as a technical glitch that produced a clearly incorrect result.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be submitted to chang222 in writing. chang222 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 business days of receipt of the written complaint.
